WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Immediately after you complete your purchase at Baseball Bat Racks your order is sent to our production facility, manufactured, and packaged with great care and generally shipped within 7 to 14 business days. Please allow more time if ordering multiple items.

We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. All products are made-to-order with the best materials and our special woodworking technologies insures quality workmanship.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 10 days of receipt. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns.
Custom designs and custom colors are not returnable.
In most cases we will exchange an item for a different color. However, we are not responsible for any additional shipping fees that will occure.
To return your items:
- Contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return.
